Friday events involving Danny Gokey

Here's a schedule of Danny Gokey's events in the Milwaukee area Friday. He'll have an "American Idol" crew with him.

7 a.m. Gokey arrives at the local Fox studios for TV interviews.

11:15 a.m. Gokey makes a visit to an AT&T store.

3-4:30 p.m. Short stops at the bronze Fonz, the Harley-Davidson Museum, the Milwaukee Art Museum and Discovery World.

4:15 p.m. Main gates to Summerfest open.

4:30 p.m. Short car parade to Summerfest grounds from Michigan Ave. and Jackson Ave. down to Chicago Ave. and east on Chicago entering the main gate at Summerfest. The parade (and mini-concert) will also feature Green Bay Packers players Aaron Rodgers, Greg Jennings, Nick Barnett and Ruvell Martin.

5:15-6 p.m. Mini-concert at the Harley-Davidson Roadhouse at Summerfest grounds.

6 p.m. Motorcade leaves concert for Miller Park. People are invited to line the Wisconsin Avenue route as the motorcade heads to Miller Park.

6:40 p.m. Gokey throws out first pitch and sings the national anthem before Brewers-Cubs game.
